2. What data we process and why

This website is informational: there are no user accounts, forms or payments. Data is only processed in two cases:

Emails you send us. If you write to our contact address, we process your email address, your name if you give it and the content of your message, solely to reply. Legal basis: your own request and our legitimate interest in answering it (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
Language and cookie notice. Stored in your browser's local storage; they never reach a server and do not identify anyone. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the site working and in not repeating the notice (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

This website uses no analytics, advertising cookies or tracking services. Details are in the cookie policy (in Spanish).

No profiling, automated decision-making or behavioural advertising takes place on this website.

3. Minors

vibeelo is for adults aged 18 or over and this website is not aimed at minors. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; if we detect it, we delete it.

4. Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. The only processors involved are the website hosting provider and the email service provider. Fonts are served from our own domain, with no calls to third-party services.

5. Retention

Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, afterwards, for the limitation period of any resulting liability. The record that you have seen the cookie notice expires after six months, when the notice is shown again.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to .
